That's why every course includes a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee, giving you the opportunity to explore the lessons and decide whether the course is the right fit for your learning style.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of your purchase.
- You have completed 25% or less of the purchased course content, as outlined below:
- Singing for Visual Learners: 6 lessons or fewer
- Vocal Dynamics for Visual Learners: 6 lessons or fewer
- The Visual Learner Singing System: 6 lessons or fewer from Singing for Visual Learners and 6 lessons or fewer from Vocal Dynamics for Visual Learners. These limits are not stackable and are evaluated individually for each course. If you exceed the 25% viewing limit in either course, you become ineligible for a refund, regardless of your progress in the other course. For example, if you watch 8 lessons from Singing for Visual Learners and 0 lessons from Vocal Dynamics for Visual Learners, you are still ineligible for a refund because you exceeded the viewing limit in one of the courses.
Please note: The Singing Guide & Journal is a digital downloadable product. If purchased as a standalone product, it is non-refundable. When included as part of The Visual Learner Singing System, the refund eligibility follows the course completion limits outlined above.
