All of our products are digital. No physical items will be shipped. Upon purchase, you will receive access instructions via email.

2. Payments & Pricing

All prices are displayed in the local currency of the buyer. Our home currency is CAD. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment options provided. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

3. Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a 100% refund provided that you have consumed no more than 25% of the Course content. 4. License & Access

By purchasing the Course, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or reproduce the Course materials in any way.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, lessons, exercises, PDFs, and other materials, are owned by Moonelle Media and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.

6. Disclaimer of Results

Our Course is designed to help you improve your singing skills. However, individual results will vary depending on your practice, effort, and other factors. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages, technical issues, or losses arising from your use of the Course. Your use of the Course is at your own risk.
